These caps are 6x3mm and made of iron. The hole is 1mm wide, and the inner diameter is approximately 2.4mm. These caps are sold in bags of approximately 80.

Use crimp beads no larger than 2mm. Otherwise, the caps might not fit over your crimp beads.

Crimp covers are very handy when working on bracelets or necklaces. You use these components in conjunction with crimp beads. Once you've strung your necklace or bracelet onto wire, for example, you can finish it. First, attach a crimp bead to the wire. Crimp it closed and trim the remaining wire. Then, crimp a crimp cover over the crimp bead. Make sure the hole is on the side where there's no wire, so you can then attach a jump ring to the eyelet! Super easy and quick!
