Returns at Little Bead Shop

At Little Bead Shop, we do our utmost to ensure you're satisfied with your purchase. Should you, however, wish to return an item, we'll be happy to explain how the process works.

Our return policy

  • You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. After this cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product.

  • The item must be returned in its original condition and, if reasonably possible, in its original packaging . This means unused and undamaged.

  • We unfortunately cannot accept or refund returned items that are damaged, show signs of use, or are incomplete. In that case, we will contact you.

  • You will be responsible for paying for your return shipping costs , unless it is an error on our part (for example, an incorrect or damaged item).

  • Once we've received and inspected your return, our system will automatically refund the full purchase price to the account number we have on file for you as soon as possible. This takes no more than 14 days, but is usually much shorter.

Want to return an item? Follow these simple steps:

  1. Register your return: Send an email to info@littlebeadshop.nl with your order number and the items you wish to return. You will then receive a confirmation and any further instructions.

  2. Package the item carefully: Ensure the item is properly packaged to prevent damage during transport. If possible, use the original packaging.

  3. Add the required information: Include a note with your order number and name in the package. This will help us process your return quickly.

  4. Send your return: Take your package to a post office or service point of your preferred parcel service. Keep your proof of postage, as this serves as proof of shipment.

  5. Receive your refund: Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll refund the purchase price as soon as possible. You'll receive a confirmation from our system when this is done.
